Step 1: Enquiry
You can get in touch with me about commissions by sending an email to rowena@wayfaringfoxcreations.com or by filling out the enquiry form below.
Don't worry if you're not 100% sure of how you'd like your model to look, or if you aren't set on your reference images. I'll happily give suggestions, or you can leave the finish totally up to me (within your preferred budget) if you prefer a hands-off approach, this is known as an 'Artist's Choice'.
A 25% deposit is required up-front prior to starting any model.
Step 2: In-Progress
I will keep you regularly updated with progress on your model via the email address you originally contacted me from. This is to both keep you informed but also to get your approval and ensure the model is on-track with the desired outcome, so keep an eye on your inbox! Update emails will only ever come from rowena@wayfaringfoxcreations.com, if you see a similar email that does not look right, please let me know.
Please don't hesitate to ask questions or give me feedback at any stage PRIOR to the final varnish; I'm happy to make alterations throughout, as I want to make sure every model is made exactly to your tastes and liking. This line of work requires daily creative feedback, so I'll always accommodate feedback for the model you're paying for as best as I can, that's a promise!

Step 3: Shipment
Upon final approval from yourself, you will receive an email confirming shipment, including your tracking number. The tracking number can also be found in the 'My Orders' section of 'My Account' on-site.
Your model will be sent in a fully recyclable box & packaging, packed as securely as possible. I aim to despatch the next working day where possible (excluding UK bank holidays).
